I'm not an artist, so I don't make bases sorry. I did find a group on here dedicated to cataloging free bases though, so I can point you at that if you like :3

Cyrrix: Do you know much about your wolven ancestor?

I assume this question is for Cyrrix

Cyrrix: "Although I struck out into the world, I hail from a tribe that relies on oral tradition. My wolf ancestor wasn't spoken of much, so I know little, but there were a few rumors here and there. It is at least agreed that it was a male ancestor who did not stay in the villiage, or perhaps never entered it at all. Some claim he may not have been a humanoid or '2 legger', and a few rumors claim he may perhaps have been a forest spirit or similar magical being in the shape of a wolf."

Cyrrix: "My lovers are usually primed in advance, those that aren't usually show some surprise followed by a hungry grin and are usually too much of a fleeting passion to speak much after. Of course there have been a few exceptions, part of why I realized it is something I should discuss in advance where possible."

Melon: "Work takes a lot of my time and involves a lot of travel. I meet a lot of people but... I wouldn't say I know most of them long enough to call them a friend?

Probably the closest I have to friends are the girls I do shoots with on a regular basis, but I don't think that's quite the same? At least it doesn't seem much like the "friendship" I see on TV or in manga. Maybe because we are kinda "work friends" and rivals of a sort? We're certainly open with skinship and physical contact so at least there's that I guess? Sort of a side effect of working so "closely" all the time x3

Rika's design kind of evolved organically over time. She has gone through several incarnations of D&D characters and I use her archetype in various other games I play as well, sort of my go-to female character if I need a female lead esp in an RPG. She's picked up bits and pieces from her various uses over time as a result even though I generally try to make the characters fit her rather than the other way around.

In her earliest form she was actually a human mage because there was no cat race available, the party needed a mage, and I was min-maxing lol. She was loosely based around Lina Inverse from Slayers at the time and has kept some of that personality. That's part of why I got a Lina cosplay image of her some time back :3

Later when I was running my own campaign she evolved into a catgirl warrior/rogue using my custom race templates. She picked up a lot of what makes her special and who she is from that iteration, and I still use it as the basis for her racial background, family, cultural heritage, etc.

When becoming more active in the furry community I decided I wanted her to have a more anthro form and felt like I shouldn't do a second snow leopard. I didn't want to make her too close to my 'sona, so I settled on white tigress which was one of my other favorites. This was also convenient because weretiger lycanthropy provided an easy way to give her a backstory for her new anthro form, while also preserving her catgirl form and it's heritage.

At a more meta level I think Rika has proven to really rival Cyrrix as my main OC which surprised me, especially after the realization some time back that she often kind of embodies my feminine side, but it may also be because for a long time she was my only female OC and I generally enjoy art of females a lot more than art of males x3

Male OC's I don't have a lot of, so Cyrrix is kind of the obvious choice for me.

Female I would say Rika wins for most attachment and closest identification, but visually I'm pretty in love with Tira and Alinara right now >.<

I'm contemplating giving Rika a visual pass in the near future, I feel like her look and outfit could use a few updates, though it's a real internal struggle because I want to keep a more naturally occurring color scheme for her while still providing some additional visual flare x.x
