If you're looking for a monitor-type tablet, I'm currently using an Artisul D16
I've been using it for 3 months now, honestly no complaints about it, it's extremely good for the price, and helps me draw a lot quicker and efficiently

Do you know any info on the Huions?
And I will take a look if I can ship one of those here to Brazil. It's a pain in the ass but most drawing tablets can't be shipped here for some odd reason x.x

I have no had any experience with Huion products, I do hear they're very good, and that one in particular does have a large screen if that is what you're looking for.

As far as the shipping, I'm not entirely sure, I would assume they would be able to, but that's something you may need to ask them yourself

Just a few pros I can give in favor of the Artisul D16 however:
- Bright screen
- Easy to use stand
- Comfortable battery free pen
- Connections on the side rather than the back
- Matte screen
- Takes up very little desk space

Either way, can't go wrong with either one, they both sound like very good tablets for the price
