If you're still alive, under the sea,
I'll cut off both my legs and become a fish.
If you come close enough for me to fall into the depths,
I'll become a shadow, wandering the endless darkness. Fair warning, this is written fairly sternly, but this has been updated and done to protect me. I've been pretty lax in actually sharing this because you guys have been pretty good and I haven't needed to do anything. But that is my failing, not yours, and I apologize for not having this on-hand.
From now on, you will have to agree to my TOS before I will work with you, even for YCHs and themed commissions.

But Tucker, why is this written like this? You don't own my character you can't own the rights to it!
I don't own your character, I own whatever artwork I drew of your character. Now, I'm not going to sell it, I don't reprint commissions to sell, but legally, the artist owns the art. You have to buy commercial rights if you want to sell prints of art I drew.

I had one years ago and oof it was terrible. I hadn't actually needed one until recently! So everything got rewritten and clarified now that I know things and am significantly more confident.
