So close to paying boyfriend's rent! Please Help!

Rent is due but we're hoping that the landlords give him another extension
I think his grandpa is finally going to help him out, but it won't be enough to pay off the rent.
If he does we'll be so close, I have some funds that I'll be giving him, but we still need extra to pay off late fees as well.
