In a fun turn of events, the husbeast and I have to find a new place to live before the end of the month (basically).

Our landlord passed away back in August and we didn't know anything about it until late September. His sister took over his properties and doesn't want to work with us in regards to our rent. So she's kicking us out.

Two weeks before Thanksgiving.
In Ohio, during winter.
Of a home we've lived in for a decade.

So. It's stressful, to say the least.

I've been scrambling to find a new place for us, but either I don't meet the credit requirements or the income requirements (doubly so because i'll probably have to find a new job/s) or doesn't allow pets (a non-negotiable thing for us).
