Quite a ways back I posted a journal talking about how even as a kid I did certain things (in the sense of art) outside of the norm. Now-a-days I tend to draw the lesser drawn characters, and as a kid I may have colored certain things differently.

Well way back in 2nd grade, about 24 years ago, I distinctly remember the students and I getting a coloring sheet of a sun with a face. Being the weirdo I was I decided I didn't want to do the typical red/orange/yellow color scheme and opted for different colors, one of which I knew was blue. I was one of 3 students in a class of approximately 30 students that did something other than red/orange/yellow.

So anyway, cut to recently, my mother and I were cleaning out my family's three storage units. As I was going through one box of stuff my mother was going through another. The box she was going through had some of my old drawings/school project stuff. She asked me to come over and she showed me a coloring sheet of a sun with a face:

And yes, that is the very coloring sheet I remember from 2nd grade. =D Black, yellow and blues, how unusual but different~

So yeah I just felt like sharing this as I still find this coloring sheet from 24 years ago to be rather interesting. =3 All the way back when I was 8 years old... and in one month I'm gonna be 32. o3o
