CALLING ALL TECH FURRIES (cont.)

OK... so last journal I asked for a few opinions, and this time I«'m gonna ellaborate a bit more, since I 'kinda' need to make a decision.
Here's the deal:
I am considering the purchase of a new notebook. My old notebook is getting old, and although it still works ok, it overheats and lags and working on photoshop in a 13" screen really doesn't work anymore.
So, I got a couple of new notebooks in sight. Trouble is, choosing.
I'm mostly getting a notebook to work on art stuff while I'm at work, and maybe eventually play a game or two... so I'm favoring features like Graphics performance, Processor speed and Pricetag.
Notebook A is pretty cheap, has a 2.8Ghz Intel Core2Duo processor, and a 512MB Radeon graphics card.
However, Notebook B is 'cheaper', and despite having a 2.3Ghz AMD Turion Ultra X2 processor, it also has a 1GB Radeon graphics card.
All other specs are identical, as are HDD, RAM, and 'accessory' features.
So, share your opinions...
...help...?

FA+

I Muffin! XD
...cupcake is bettah!
How much RAM does each have? That can have a big effect on speed.
the slower, cheaper AMD machine has the ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4650 1GB
the faster, more expensive Intel machine has the ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4530 512MB
Its got the best VRAM, plus its $300 cheaper...
...my only worry is, will cheap be good... and won't the difference in processor be noticeable?
I hear AMD processors are easier to 'overclock', but still... I dunno, I'm kinda stuck on this one... -_-
Like I said, gaming then go AMD; efficiency go with Intel.
i'd personally go for the intel one.
