Yeah, a bunch of people have gotten them back- you just need to message support. Apparently they ran an automated job to try to clean up some of the pornbots, but it was a bit too permissive and started nuking real people's accounts too.

Seems like everyone got them removed

The bot they slapped together real quick to get the task over with so Apple would let them put Tumblr back in the app store was just supposed to nuke the pornbots (yay!), but it wasn't specific enough, and so it started nuking the accounts of actual people, too. (boooo!) Just message Tumblr support and make sure you've got your blog url on hand so they can reactivate your account.
