Accepting few commissions with payment via Payoneer

Hello, since I'm having an issue with PayPal account right now (and it's been almost two weeks now) I decided to try open commissions via Payoneer, because it's my only option right now.
I'll shorly explain what is payoneer:
Payoneer is alternative payment system that has been around for awhile now. I personaly haven't had any problmes with it.
TO USE PAYONEER
you don't have to create account there, I'll send you invoice on your email and you pay via credit or debit card.
!!!Please note that minimal amount should be $20!!!
Means I won't be able to accept orders below this ammount.
For orders over 100$ there is a 10% disscount
For orders with more than 23 stickers there is 10% disscount
