-- CURRENTLY ON HIATUS -- I've found out that my health insurance is going to go up by at least $350/month next year... which I can't pay. Merry Christmas to me, right? As of right this second I have no idea what I'm going to do. ;.; I need hugs.
If I find a regular job, I'll have to scale back my writing... which essentially means no more, or very little, writing here. >.< I've enjoyed this year, working more with people in the community and making extra money through commissions and having time to do gifts, a raffle, and some personal furry work. I would hate to have to give that up. u.u
I've been considering starting a Patreon for a while, but I can't imagine as a writer that'll get me enough to get by. I may still do it and see how it goes. But unless I'm really, really lucky, I'm not going to be a happy vixen. >.<
(EDIT: Thank you to whoever dropped some money into my Ko-fi <3 I really, really appreciate it!)

I'm so sorry to hear that.
Just do what you can to make ends meet. If that meets fewer stories, that's ok.
*hug*
The problem with scaling back my writing here is I already feel like I struggle to stay relevant and known NOW. u.u
Canine to canine I have total empathy and understanding for your situation and I’m so sorry. The modern state of healthcare is a nightmare. I can tell you I’ve been trapped in my current situation for a while because of health insurance; I want to take the necessary risks to get out, but if I did I’d immediately lose my insurance, and considering my heart nearly up and died on me two years ago and my body treats about 20 percent of foods as deadly toxins, that *might* not be the best idea, so we’re in the same boat to a certain extent. I’m on your side and sending whatever good luck I have left to you. I have a lot of experience with healthcare woes so if you ever need to vent about it don’t hesitate to reach out to me on Discord. And I know if you ever set up a Patreon I’d be one of your first subscribers, and I would be far from the only one. Stay strong, strong vixen.
Just do what you can to make ends meet, okay..?
Whether that's Patreon or a steady job is up to you, but something I'm sure of is that there's more of us here who would gladly back you than you might think. So don't give up just yet, okay? ^-^
And you'll always find people happy to see you here.

Also, I'm tight with a guy who has a large following here. He's even going to help me with something later; he's nice like that. Make the Pateron, and I'll explain your situation and I KNOW he'll encourage all of his 2000+ followers to donate. I'll do the same with another guy who would be sympathetic to your situation to get the word out.
I treat Paetron like a tip jar and so do most people. I think the community can help you yet
Sorry for the bad formatting; at the gym in my phone
I also really appreciate your patronage this year! It's gotten me this far.
That sucks man! I really have enjoyed getting to know you and working with you! I want to help however I can, and that includes commissioning you again. Note me, I'm available to talk anytime.
I'm going to open again on Monday, and I'll definitely take one from you!
From what I heard having health insurance in the US is really difficult...
