RIP Taby's Tablet 2017-2018? [Update]
My Wacom Mobile Studio Pro is currently down and out for the count. Battery swelled up inside and caused half the screen to pop off the tablet. Currently working with Wacom to get a RMA. It's past the limited warranty but a few reddit posts show Wacom still helping and only charging for shipping. Awaiting response from Wacom. Also looking in to safe methods of backing up all the artwork and Data on it without it literally exploding. Here's hoping.
[29NOV18 Update] Wacom has approved the warranty and have requested pictures to continue.
[30NOV18 Update] Pictures sent to Wacom, They sent me a shipping label. Once the external HDD arrives from Amazon and I back up the data, I'll send it to Wacom.
[01DEC18 Update] Tablet shipped off to Wacom via UPS.
[11DEC18 Update] New Tablet arrives from Wacom, beginning to restore software on it.

The last thing I can think of is disconnecting the battery from the main board and seeing if it'll boot from just wall power, but only if you can get to the connector without doing more damage, and unfortunately it's literally in the middle of the computer. If you can disconnect it, and then reconnect it before you ship it, without any evidence you did so (because they might use that as an excuse to deny you a replacement), it'd be much safer.
