^Full info there. Basically Nintendo isn't taking a cut of your revenue if you monetize your videos once December is over. The rules are rather simple to follow too. Huge step for Nintendo into the modern era.

With NCP gone, it's basically Nintendo saying "Play our games and share it with the world. We won't throw the hammer at you while profiting off your hard work." I'm looking forward to a lot of creators doing Nintendo games in the future.
