It depends on my character I design.
If I make an Altmer, I go Imperial because they basically sold their souls to the Thalmor in the concordant.
If I make a Nord or any variation of a nord(I have an OC named Saiverah that was a Bosmer raised by Nords who made a child with Vigrod Wraithbane in the 2nd Era and started a family that was mixed with elf blood), she sides with the Stormcloaks.
My khajiit and others are neutral, they take the neutral path in Skyrim.

I do somewhere. I'll have to dig them up. Saiverah exists in my ESO save. Her great great.....great something or other granddaughter is a nord with elfish figures in Skyrim.

In ESO, Saivera(I forgot Saiverah is Skyrim)is a Stamina nightblade archer scout class. She was a hunter in her village before the local Nords caught wind that she was really a bosmer and not just a really short Nord. When she was found out, she fled the village to spare her family and went to the Dominion where she became a scout. Hunter gone Scout.

In Skyrim, Saiverah is a barbarian dual wielding petite beast. I modeled her after the typical barbarian Nords. She has two war-axes or one large battle-axe that's near the size of her.
She is the first one in her family for generations to be born with her ancestors Bosmer traits.

I also have a vampire Dunmer that I made in Skyrim when it came out but made in ESO to explain why she has existed so long. She's been a vampire in every game I've played up until now so I figured, why not make her origins with the dawn of the 2nd Era.

And then a family of Khajiit, the Bloodmanes.

Haha, Nords are popular with by blade wielders, so yeah, understandable. Mine is an archer and dual blade.

TT o TT I love Khajiit!!!

I have a Khajiit named Ra' Ziq or as my Nord, Vayle nick names her, Razzy. XD says Khajiit names are too weird to say. I plan on doing a design of them lol... someday when this art block is gone.

Her name is Siira Telvanni. She is a dishonored Dunmer that fled her homeland when she realized that she loved the races her people considered "lesser". She is mated to a Khajiit healer, Sarai Avadi (also my character). Sarai eventually passes away leaving her bitter in Skyrim. She doesn't have her beloved to warm her heart anymore. She lives in a tower and keeps thralls to do her bidding.

My khajiit vary. I even have a side AU fanfiction that I right about a sphynx cat khajiit (haha) and a werewolf Altmer. :) I am always up to discuss TES and such with people. I need more Lore friends. LOL.

Like, I love the ideals Stormcloaks have, but I don't like Ulfric. As for Imperials, I like their plans, if you listen to them chat away, they had a secret operations plan in the making to take power over the Thalmor, it was just going to take time and such, lol.
