Let's talk about article 13

Wenas, I'm PlaymanRGS and welcome to RGSS XTREMEENG: After investigating a bit, I must apologize for saying this without first seeing this more thoroughly, but what I said was true, now I will explain why:
The first version, which is what we all hate, and that is why we fight against this article. Created on 09/14/2016.
The second version, which is the one I had seen, thanks to a Youtuber, explaining all this, and about the lie that Youtube made us believe, and it seems all pretty, but it's not good at all, luckily, the fanarts are safe, I hope so. Created and modified once on 09/22/2018.
The third version, and the fourth version, those that are still debated, and therefore, we must worry, because there is, something good can come out, or something, really bad for all of us. No date yet.
Well, you know, we still have to look at what he has to say about this law, and with a magnifying glass, since we can not trust what he puts, and think about what will happen in the future, let's cross our fingers, and let's hope this law fails , if you plan to do wrong to all of us.

ESP: Despues de investigar un poco, os debo pedir disculpas por decir esto sin antes a ver mirado esto mas a fondo, pero lo que dije fue cierto, ahora os voy a explicar porque:
La primera versión, que es la que todos odiamos, y es el por que luchamos contra este articulo. Creado en 14/09/2016.
La segunda versión, que es la que yo habia visto, gracias a un Youtuber, explicando todo esto, y sobre la mentira que Youtube nos hizo creer, y que parece todo bonito, pero no lo parece, desgraciadamente, por suerte, los fanarts estan a salvo, eso espero. Creado y modificado una vez en 22/09/2018.
La tercera versión, y la cuarta versión, esas que todavia estan debatiendo, y por tanto, debemos preocuparnos, ya que hay, puede salir algo bueno, o algo, realmente malo para todos nosotros. Sin fecha todavia.
Pues ya sabeis, aun debemos mirar lo que tiene que decirnos sobre esta ley, y con lupa, ya que no podemos fiarnos de lo que pone, y pensar en lo que sucedera en el futuro, cruzemos los dedos, y esperemos que esta ley fracase, si planea hacer un mal a todos nosotros.

Article 13 shouldn't be able to affect the U.S. though. Yes, it may have a tiny impact, but due to our constitutional rights and our right to freedom of the press, we might survive it. If we don't, there will be some serious conflict between the U.S. and Europe.
