I'm not quite sure what this entails, particularly if you're talking about live announcing. But if all you need are pre-recorded pieces of narration, then I should be able to pull it off.

As a side note, if you still have/use Skype, then know that I still check it from time to time. Thankfully, a simplistic online version is embedded into my personal web e-mail inbox, so therefore I always take a quick look.

Are short prerecorded announcements. Example: "Now sounds on Zideral radio, the British musician Knight $, and his track What's your poison"
Or promote the radio, with ads like:
"If you are a rock, pop, or synthpop musician, an emerging artist, and you want to promote your work with us, write to us at zideralradio@gmail.com. Also follow us on our social networks facebook, twitter, instagram. Zideral Radio, good music, good times"
Something like that.

And yeah... I can use Skype.
