Since I've seen it vary between artists, does your additional cost per character count for each character beyond the first, or do you have a default amount of characters?

The Extra cost is for each extra character. For Example, if you wanted a Sketch Commission with two characters in one picture, it would be $15. $10 for the starting price and an extra $5 for the 2nd character. :D
