To clarify i'm talking about their Luxury Shag
The gist of it is, I've had more than one occasion where their quality control is just utter GARBAGE. The first few time I ordered from them was great, soft, clean and durable. But more than a few times I've gotten an order of fur (same EXACT listing on their site only months apart) where the quality is terrible. It's super oily, when you brush it, it either frays or becomes woolly, because they ship it in bags, it's all crumpled up in the first place, and it's noticeably way different of a color than ordered in the past. (I know batches can differ and that's totally fine, but advertising a color and having it SHADES darker only a few months apart from ordering is oof)
Normally their customer service is usually ok, but unless it's the wrong color, they'll just tell you "Looks like the right color to me, anything else I can help you with?" Like yes, the quality is garbage, could I at least get what I paid for?
Their quality control is garbage, and whoever approves for some of these batches to actually be sent to customers should be ashamed. I'm not paying $40 (with shipping) to get unusable fur because you don't want to scrap a bad batch.
It's NOTICEABLE bad quality just from looking at it. It's not even soft, it feels dirty even if washed.
I've got to get Kymah's hand and feet paws done by FC on the 17th of this month. I've ordered fur from a different company that I know is reliable, and can only hope it comes in on time. I don't have the time or money for this XD
Any companies y'all can suggest good quality fur from? I'm looking to expand my horizons on fur.
