Terms of Service:
Section 1: Before purchasing art, participating in auctions or entering giveaways.
Let it be known that the art legally belongs to me I can,
Refuse selling art to blank profiles.
Cancel/End/ Alter any sales or giveaways early or completely.
Change pricing where I see fit.
Section 2: Purchasing art.
You will receive a link to the un watermarked, high-resolution version of your art/design.
Payments must be completed through Pay-Pal.
Payments must be made in USD currency unless otherwise specified.
Auctions:
If there is no communication made with in 48 hours the design is considered abandoned and goes up for re-sale.
Section 3: After receiving the design.
The design is yours, meaning:
You legally own it and may change, alter, gift, trade, or sell it.
I ask that you please credit the base creator when re-uploading their line work.
Note: It is not legally required but they have asked this and it would be morally-right to do so.
Credit for the design is appreciated but not necessary.
Section 4: Warning!
If you have not purchased the art it is illegal to use it in anyway or claim it as your own.
It is illegal for those under 18 to purchase NSFW art or Pornography.
Those who don’t follow our T.O.S will be blacklisted
