update: Diablo is back home and on the mend. He had pulled something pretty fierce in his inner thigh, but it's nothing as serious as we thought it might be. The vet was amazing and was also so happy. She called it "The best, most boring x-ray." He's got arthritis cause of his age, but he's going to be on a painkiller routine and restricted exercise for the next few weeks. If he's not walking on his leg in two weeks, we're going to go back to see what else we can do for him...

but you guys are absolutely amazing, thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. I wasn't sure I was going to cover the vet bills on top of my regular bills and y'all pulled through for me!! Offline commissions will be closed for the next few weeks as I power through the sketches I took on so everyone can get their art ASAP! Thank you!

Hello!

I woke up today with my dog unable to use his back leg, we've scheduled him into the nearest vet but that won't be until 3PM my time. I don't know what to expect but the exam + xray is at least $250 not including pain meds or possible surgery. This dog has saved my life for the past 10 years, I need to do everything in my power to save his!

I've applied for care credit and scratch pay and was denied for both (due to my own medical debt...)

I'll be doing a gofundme later when I know more details but for now, I'm going to open commissions!! This is a wonderful and supporting community who I have seen do wonders to help one another, and right now I really could use a hand.
