Inconsistent art style?

Good or bad?
I've noticed mine changes depending on the day and my mood and mostly when I draw heads/faces.
I also tend to switch styles using the trial and error method, if for example, I make a certain drawing and some time after (not too long) I consider it looks horrible, I try drawing things diferent way next time.
I'm still trying to manage my own art style.
Anyone else has the same "problem"? It's really frustrating because I don't want people to think I'm a "scam" or something like that for being constantly switching styles and stuff.
I'd like some advice on this.
Also I suck at explaining myself, I apologize.
For example: People know what to expect from my commissions because my examples are all quite similar. I do contribute free art at least twice a month, where I can get quite experimental.
