My friends also kinda went for a 2/3 day trip to the beach but I stayed sinceee, needed to save money for the upcoming semester

But is alright
cause once I got to medellin (where I study) I got with my friends here and we have a blast playing super smash ultimate the whole night
We also played a bit of yu gi oh

Not as cool as a trip to the beatch, but great nonetheless

Spending time with friends is really important too!
Trips can be fun to take a break from everything,
but having friends around to socialize with makes life fun

Also you're super lucky I wanna play smash so badly,
I haven't gotten to since an old friend had Melee so it's been a while.

I think the next thing we're saving up for will be a Switch?
Also there's a bunch of other games that makes getting it seem worth it,
since I don't feel like getting a console for only one game is a good idea

I started as a little yeen all the way on the Nintendo 64
I never had a gamecube, but I played a lot of melee cause I used to rent the console sometimes for a day or two

Then....I kinda bought the wii for smash brawl (and maybe pokemon battle revolution too) Like you just mentioned
I wont lie it was a mistake since I didnt find the wii too appealing....but at least I played a lot of smash, and also a lot of gamecube games since the switch could act as a gamecube as well.

I didnt want to get a console, as I mostly play on my pc
what the switch won me over the other consoles was the portability
as I felt that I didnt need to play at home
also Skyrim portable
I always wanted skyrim portable

But looking at the eshoop the switch has a lot of interesting games
and that added valor (if you ask me) of some of those games being able to be played wherever you want

Well I'm glad you got some use out of it,
the gamecube had a lot of really good games so it's nice the wii could play them too.

Gamecube is really easy to emulate now too though, so I've gone back and played a lot more recently
I still have my games and gamecube but I don't actually have a TV to plug into so I just play on my pc
Plus a game or two that I never got to play

But yeah the switch seems super convenient,
Noah and I considered getting it just for Breath of the Wild when it came out,
and from friends talking about it it seems entirely worth it,
but now there's several games I would like so I feel a lot more confident it will be a good purchase

Maybe we can play smash or mario kart together when I finally get one?
I'm not sure how connecting to friends works but it would be fun to play together!

I would love that! We will need to play smash since I dont think I would be getting mario kart myself
racing games are not really a priority (I dont even have the pokemon yet, caause I decided to save the money this time, also cause smash)

But maybe when one of my friends gets it, I could borrow it on some ocasions!

I think you would at least have 100+ hours of fun if you like exploration and completing side stuff!
