UPDATE: We've learned it's an old door handle from a few months ago from when my housemate's ex broke the door. Exact same handle. Owner was just cheap and didn't want to buy a new handle. Possible false alarm. We're leaving the boards on....cause it's late and we want to sleep LOL.

Because everyone's been gone for Xmas, I've been manning the place alone. Everything's been fine but today we found the side door handle completely ruined. Door doesn't open at all. Thankfully we had a second bolt on it for just this reason cause we noticed the activity before. We've drilled a board to the door frame and blocked it with concrete bags and storage.

We've concluded that it's happened at night when we're asleep.
