Patreon, Help! PLz!

I often don’t talk first and I should not have to apologize for that.
I’m just one of those "don’t talk unless spoken too" person.
Tips are welcomed! 
I need a bit of help and advice.
I've been wanting to get myself a Patreon page even if it mostly might be a glorified tip jar. ('cause my Ko-fi sure aint getting any love *cough*)
But I am cautious due to the whole Paypal bs about Adult content and being that I would be a International page owner I will not be able to choose "Direct bank deposit" as a payment method for myself, meaning I'm stuck with PP...
Soooooo if any of you are a International Patreon user I am glad for any advise on what to do and how it all works!

i dont know how it works, but i can tell you my patreon is marked 18+ and my payouts go into my paypal. i should change that, but thats whats currently happening

My own Patreon is adult content and I am able to utilize Paypal for my payments. Also, Patreon recently did a switch to allow more international people to use their service.
