Ech, no talkie of politics

Trust me I was tired enough living it, now I just want to drink some cocoa until the year ends

Political stuff tends to concentrates itself indoors, around the hearth (when we had those), and now around the tv-tablet-computers. Sometimes, leaving the house, feeling the nip of a winter breeze on your cheeks or hearing the crunch of the snow underfoot can be a comfort against the intrigues of the inside.


Comfort, so my dictionary has learned me, is from the Latin "com" (an intensifier) and "fortis" (strong), "to become stronger". The road winds uphill till the very end, in the words of the poet, and sometimes we can use nature's comforts to help us grow stronger for the battles indoors.
