So, how do we reconcile meat eating in an anthro universe?
Simple: Parallel universes! There are an infinite number of parallel universes, and this one just so happens to have humanoid creatures that resemble anthropomorphic animals thought up by us on Earth!
This will also explain how characters based on egg-laying animal classes such as birds, reptiles, and fish, can have breasts and uteri, which obviously are features associated with mammals.
As for tentacle monsters, they are parasitoids that rely on certain hosts to reproduce their species. Some of these parasitoids have their hosts reproduce through live birth and others through eggs.
Anyway I may consider doing more writing to flesh out a universe for my characters. There are only a few things I have deemed canon so far.
1. Pico must not be lewded because he is a child.
2. Bijou lives in France and therefore she is unlikely to be associated with the other characters frequently.
3. Casey is kind of an asshole and a drama queen.
4. Ash really really likes sweets, especially French pastries such as eclairs and petit-fours.
5. Cody is sort of a gentle giant in personality. He has a strong work ethic as well.
6. Tyler is kind of naive. He should be protected.
7. Sebastian is obsessed with Christmas but not just in the presents and Santa aspect but in the Peace on Earth and Good Will aspect as well.
