How should Luroso my bird OC grow?

Now obviously since it's one of my OC's he inevitably be able to grow his cock, balls and butt. Well the thing is I cannot think of how he initially gets growth powers. Obviously I could just have one of my other OC's give him the gift of growth, but I don't want that to always be the default.
So does anyone have any interesting ideas?
I do NOT want to just do pills of drinking some kind of potion.
One idea I had was based on him maybe streaming on an adult version of Twitch where you can do sexual things, and the more subscribers or bits he gets the bigger he gets, but that's VERY finite and leans more towards uncontrollable growth. But maybe I could do something with that, but I am not sure.
But I am open to some ideas if anyone has any.

She is about to eat a worm and the worm says he'll give her any wish if she doesnt eat him.
Or simply someone had fun with her last night and gave her growth powers as a gift.

This is a rather random suggestion, but at least it's unique.
The alternative to a Twitch bit-fuelled growth drive, would be a typical Twitter likes and retweets growth drive, but that of course isn't a self-controlled grow on a whim thing.
Maybe the best direction is to go with the Twitch bits first, and have Tozii hijack the growth drive to give Lurosu unlimited bits, involuntarily growing him past universal for the first time. A lot of characters get exposed to this kind of growth through another partner, before being able to do it by themselves.
I think Robot Xamiso giving him growth powers would be perfect. Like maybe Xamiso gets Luroso to grow involuntarily, then when he gets far enough along to get reversal powers he reverses and manages to meet Xamiso. Xamiso gets Luroso a hi-tech satellite that travels as fast as the grower so he can record himself on stream as he grows.
That seems like a creative setting, a solo growth session but with an audience. =3
I suppose a satellite can work, as long as it continues to orbit Luroso. :P
I remember reading similar about a hyper growth exhibitionist that keeps going for years and years.

Ahh, very long and slow growth is not what I'd do obviously. =P
Yeah, it was just the exhibition aspect I was highlighting mostly, though the growth is anything but slow. :P
Yeah, I think him having an audience will mix things up. =3
