Commissions for Plain Ticket (get me to the church on time!)

Hey there everyone!
I've had hard luck with job lately, but I'm still looking. Though it doesn't help that my brother is getting married in October. I don't have enough money to get a plain ticket to there and back. (altogether it should be about $230)
This is the last brother in my family to get married off and it's very important to my family. I would ask my family for help possibly, but I'm not the only one who's hit hard times (my father was laid off too.... ).
I am opening slots for commissions now and here's the info below:
Prices will go by level of commission: [two characters in one image]
$10 [$11] - pencil sketch (cleaned up a bit)
would look something like one of these...

I will take Paypal... I would prefer not to get into the realm of checks or money orders... but we can talk it over if you're really interested.
Payment will be made upon agreement of commission and before whatever process is in the works to be done. (Pay then... you will get your sketch after payment confermation... ) so technically you pay for whatever step you want to have done.
These will be commissions of your character (and maybe someone elses with yours) I would like reference pics of the characters before i begin (i don't do well with written descriptors, but I will try my best).
so let me know what you would like. I'll do my best to work with you guys. and if this works out well enough i'll open up for more commissions.

(if slots are not paid for by a week of claiming it, or there is a contractual agreement made between parties for payment, the slot will be forfeited to next customer wanting a commission)
