Howldy,
I haven't heard much hide nor tail of anyone for Oklacon this year, primarily due to my own laziness, but it's coming up soon and as an Oklacon veteran, It's guaranteed to be 100% awesomeness! I just can't wait.
Oklacon is my time to take away from work and chill with all the great furs that make this gathering happen. There was some public displays of politics and happenings that occurred last year at the end of the con, but I can honestly say all of that was fur the better. Oklacon this year, as it has been every year, is going to be bigger and better than the last.
We Okie furs now have an FA account here :icon OklahomaFurs: as a means of collaboration, and everyone is invited.
It's soon coming, and as every year it's going to be a blast. Join us in the greatest furry gathering in the great state of Oklahoma. See the always amazing Sub-Level 3, Oklacon regular Bucktown Tiger, and join us as we meticulously dominate a poor innocent state park with all sorts of furry fun!

I know how ya feel. I've been going to oklacon for 5 years now, and this year will be my first in suit.. Oh btw Toba.. look over there.. whaz that.. whaz that huh? BALL! heh ^^

I think there should be some 24 hour events for the people with trouble sleeping. why wont the artist alley be 24 hours this year?

It's mostly due to the 621 rule for furry cons. six hours of sleep, two meals, and one shower per day. For all-nighters, your best bet is just to roam aimlessly around the A-frames. Theirs always something happening.
