New commission schedule due to my upcoming surgery this month. Getting bariatric surgery They're removing 85% of my stomach so that I will drop weight easier. Been using CPAP machine to help sleep better as Im losing air a lot as I sleep.

I had someone I work with bring up something to me. She has a lot of friends that come from Eastern Europe. They moved to the USA and kept cooking the same foods and eating the same portion sizes, yet gained about 30% extra body weight in about 2 years.
It's the food.
The same hormones that make farm animals grow to enormous size do not vanish when the farm animals are eaten.
I'm thinking of only buying organic because of this.
