Greetings! With an increase of commissions on my side and with the help of a friend, I have finally made a TOS! Please don't let it intimidate you ^^!
TOS - Terms of Service

By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.

Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me prior to the commission.

General Rules:

Please reach out to me in a friendly and decent tone. No one wants to work with rude folks.
Provide REFERENCES ( Non-digital references are okay, ONLY, if you also include hex codes, digital color palettes, or RGB codes. )
I will not draw any mech (a robotic leg or arm is excluded from this)/Scat/Cubs or any extreme kink I dislike.
If you fail to follow the rules provided I have the right to decline your commission.

Payment Policy:

All commissions must all be paid in full upfront.
The currency accepted is USD only.
You shall provide all payment to my Paypal account only.

Working on a commission:
WIPs will be given if I am unsure about something from the commission.
Do not pester me about your commission while I work on it! If you have any concerns, let me know. Do not spam me.
The time for your commission to be completed can be delayed for many reasons, such as:
Health issues/Family Issues/Payment Issues/Dangerous Weather conditions and more…

If any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified asap!

Working with the customer:

I will do everything I can to make my customers happy.
However after a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made such as coloring or marking touch-ups. Anything else will be greeted with an extra charge to change such as redrawing the character, portions of the character, clothing changes, etcetera.

Try to provide a color scheme you’d like for me to use! And PLEASE provide clear references if available, this makes it all the easier on me, the artist.
Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for.

Copyright Policy!


I, the artist, am allowed to do this with the art I make:
Promote myself within any place or site.
To display it anywhere to my liking.
Post it wherever I want.

What the commissioner is allowed to do:
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.

If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be revoked..

What is copyright infringement?

Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially.
Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing any watermarks/signatures.
Changing or altering the artwork without the artist’s consent.


Refund Policy!

I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received.
If money has not been sent yet I have the right to cancel the commission.

If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be revoked.
You will not be allowed to ever commission me again.
Your name will be posted everywhere I want to for others to watch out for you.
I have all the right to the money you have given me.
