The bravest thing I’ve ever done
I just did the braves thing ever...
I sent an email to my parents saying the following...
"Dear mom and dad,
I did not know how to tell you this in person so this is why I am at camp and writing you this message.
Remember when I told you I was gay. Well that was just a test to see if you would accept me. Basically I was testing the water. But the truth is the following.
I am transgender. MTF. I am sick of hiding it and living a lie. I have come out to some friends and gotten love and support, and I'm still scared even as I write this. If you hate me for it, so be it, block me and be on your way. If you care about me and still consider me your friend or family, let me know. I could really use the support.
This is one of the hardest things I've ever had to do. But I have to be me.

I finally, after 12 years I came out to my parents as transgender!!!
