Hey there! Ever since I started Sponsored Art a few people have asked me if it's possible to split the price of a drawing amongst many people instead of having one single person pay for all of it. The answer is explained in the rules above the drawing list, but since I was possibly not clear enough about it, I wanted to make a quick journal to address that.
In short, yes! You and other people who want to sponsor the same drawing can split the payment for it in whichever ammount you agree amongst yourselves. Let's say for instance there's a $150 drawing. You can either pay all of it yourself, or pay $75 yourself and $75 someone else. Or pay $100 and let other two people pay $25 each. Anything's valid as long as the full price is covered.
The only condition is that I have to receive the complete payment from everyone at the same time, or to be more precise, within the same day. This is to avoid any complications that may arise from reimbursing many people at once, specially with how Paypal fees work, in the event one or more people aren't able to cover their share.
If you're gonna cooperate with someone else to sponsor a drawing, I really recommend you to get in touch and organize before going ahead with paying for a drawing. It would make things a lot more convenient not just for me, but also for you!
