I might need a new graphic tablet - need advise

I recently formatted my Hard Drive, reinstalled things, and have issues with getting my tablet running. It's no longer on sale, so here's a Reddit post with its picture:

It's called "Bamboo Pen" .... what a stupid name. It's so generic that I had issues finding things about it throughout the years. ANYWAY, Windows 10 has issues supporting it. I was annoyed about the idea of buying a new one, but as I noticed, I bought this old thing in November of 2011! That's over 8 years ago!!!
Guess it's time for an upgrade, so I was wondering if anybody can offer some advise about that.
