Pff, so instead of chicken chest, arms, legs & bowels, she got a head. Heh. Big hairy deal. The head doesn't really contain much that could harm her... Ok the beak could be sharp, and some bones... But I hardly think that's why she wanted to sue.
OK I know I would so have sued McD if I had an excuse, but objectively speaking I don't see what's so horrible about the head compared to the rest of a dead bird.
But then I do live in a country where we feast on scavenger decapoda every summer, LOL.

*scratches head* I do think it's interesting how people generally don't want to think about what exactly it is they're eating. Every bit of an animal that shows off that it IS an animal seems to be disgusting for people to eat... Feet, head, eyes, you know. Tongue. Stuff that reminds you of their likenesses with us, maybe?
Same as, some people don't like to eat the skin of the chicken. (delicious when all crusty from spices and soy and butter...) I do have a problem with above mentioned seafood though. I think their little beady boiled eyes LOOK at me. O_o
