Question about breakfast
Hi, guys!
I have a question for people who live in America and Canada.
How long do you wake up at work?
And what do you eat for breakfast?
I remembered a lot of American movies where the family has breakfast with a huge amount of different foods. And it became interesting to me, is it true?

FA+

Big breakfasts with lots of different foods are fun, but I think they're usually for weekends or special occasions when there's time to cook everything and enjoy it. :D
Thank for your story, Silvernis!
Even when I was a kid and had more time in the mornings, I tended to just have a bowl of cereal.
Thank you for your story!
You eat very varied. Thank you for your story!
In Norway you either eat nothing or a dry slice of bread for breakfast.
In Hungary, you eat bacon, sausages, red onions, paprika, soups, pasta etc etc for breakfast with a cottage cheese desert usually LOL.
I feel like Norwegians only eat for sustenance (at least it feels like I do at times, since there's nothing yummy to actually enjoy that we can afford) while other places, like Hungary, america etc eat because its yummy and helps you stay fuelled during the day. Might also be that since I grew up eating very little, my stomach has also adjusted to that, so I literally can't eat a lot like my Hungarian fiance can, hehe.
Thank you very much for your story! It is really very interesting to learn something about another culture.
I hope that you and your fiance will be happy together.
Now, my breakfast is usually fruit and greek yogurt. I wake up about 1 hour before my scheduled work time. A full breakfast for every day of the week is not possible; I usually only have a big breakfast on Saturdays.
You helped me learn more about the life of another country.:)
What my family made growing up, we usually had either fruit, oatmeal, or cereal with milk on weekdays. On weekends, we usually cooked something, either eggs or pancakes with toast, bacon, or eggs.
Do you live outside the city and have the opportunity to manage your farm?
I understand correctly, that the farm is with livestock, and rural area is with agriculture?
There's also farms owned by large-scale companies instead of individuals and families, but those are much larger and very different from individual-owned farms. Typically those are the farms that have cows and bigger animals like that.
It's very interesting!*_* You made me think about it.
That is the "the plants cafeteria"? Is this a cafeteria where plants grow? Or something like a greenhouse where you can get coffee?
but i also arrive 30mins early to my shift
During elementary school I'd have Pop Tarts or cereal. I almost never eat breakfast anymore. Maybe eggs and toast.
Now I know that a movie is just a movie.))
But on weekends when we have a time to cook it could be a full english! Which consists of any combination of the following: sausages, bacon, eggs, bread, mushrooms, baked beans, black pudding, hash browns and cooked tomatoes!
What is the black pudding? I know the recipe for ordinary pudding, but black...
but this is a weekend treat, i think most people that work full time skip out on breakfast!
