It's that time of the month. On the 28th I will be raffling off one of my discounted adopts. This adopt is free, that's right free. Winner gets to dig through the discount bin and snag one of those babies to take home. All you have to do is follow the rules below for a chance to win. This raffle is only happening through journal, new watchers are welcome!

* Using a random number generator I will pick a winner on February 28 at 12 pm central US time
