Fortnightly Furry Musicians Newsletter!
Issue 80 - 27th February 2019

Hello everyone!
Time passes by so quickly sometimes. We are two months into 2019 already and I still occasionally get the year wrong. It's still 2018 in my head!
Is it just me? Maybe it's because once a new year begins, you feel like you have to get so many things done and you keep losing track of time.
While we're on the topic of lost time: Is there a song that gets you thinking, that maybe there was something in your life you could have done better? A song that reminds you of a chance you let slip away - or maybe those lines simply make you wonder, where your place in this grand universe might be?
For me personally one of those songs is Dream Theater's "This is the life". The second verse simply goes like this:
"Have you ever wished that you were someone else?
Traded places in your mind?
It's only a waste of your time."
I hope this topic doesn't have too much of a negative vibe. I'm not trying to drag anyone down - quite the opposite, actually. I always like to think that by sharing the music that we love and that has helped us in our lives, we can all grow as the individuals that we are.
Now, because we're sharing great music, it is time to take a look at...

The Back Page
In the future I would very much like to use this section to also quote some you whenever we have interesting discussion topics - which could look something like this:
"On the topic of lost time: I used to be an adventurer like you. Then I took an arrow to the knee.
Also, I think the newsletters are sweet and I always look forward to the next issue! Would rate 5/7."
- Unknown Author, around 2019
So share your stories and favourite lines in the comments; or send me a note, if you would prefer that!
In this case I will end this issue with one of my personal quotes; from a song I wrote back in 2008:
"Haste ye back, for still ye can - time and tide wait for no man."
Thank you for checking out this issue of the Furry Musicians Newsletter - and a jelly good day to you!
