So, I recently picked up an apple pencil, and a coppy of procreate, for my Ipad, which is pretty much the best decision I have ever made. I love the hell outa that program! I don’t think I can ever go back to using a wacom digitizer tablet.
I’m going to try to draw more often. I feel like Ive been letting people down... some how.
That being said, I AM working ten hour days, and will soon be going to my final year of electrical schooling. I don’t get a ton of time. And what time I DO have, I’m normally too exausted to do anything real.
I owe a close friend a story that I was supposed to write, but havnt gotten around to, and I also have a stack of projects I need to do, for my life outside of the fandom
But I promise. I Will get to doing cool stuff again.
And maybe one day I can propperly express myself with art.
I feel like my art is never a true reflection of what’s inside my head

I've realized that for me it's much easier to be productive on free time if I spend at least 30 to 45 minutes drawing every day. I usually take a sketchbook with me to the office and just practice anatomy or something on a break.
Really interested in how the pencil + ipad combo works out for you. I've been looking at Cintiqs for some time but they're pretty expensive so I wouldn't want to spend money on one without being sure I actually end up liking and using it a lot. Been thinking if an ipad or something would be more useful.
I’ll keep you in the loop about the ipad and pencil, for sure! I streamed for an hour with it last night and it worked super great! I’m still new to the programs controls, but it is very powerful and intuitive.
Very comfy to draw and colour with, and has a million brushes. The pencil interfaces flawlessly with the ipad and has very accurate pressure sensing tech.
I like it a lot:) not sure how the price point for the whole deal compares to a cintique though.
