Let's save wild kestrel all together!

It's probably a very strange proposal... but I need your help, friends!
There is wild kestrel in our home. We called its Little Bro :D
We bought it from man who caught it (already with hurted wing) and closed into his shop window!
I want to nurse bird back to health and let out~
But... kestel needs the help of the veterinarian. It must have broken its wing. There are almost no wild bird veterinars in our city, and its treatment and care will be very costly, in any case. In addition it must be nourished as it is necessary - I should feed Bro live mice at least twice a week.
I'm scared I cannot afford to pay all the costs (I need to save up on my own operation by the end of the month :'D )
If you want to help me to nurse the bird back to health, you can order little commission from me.
I'll open 5 slots and will done all of them until the end of month (cause I don't know if I can work right after operation or later).
I'm not allowed to raise the price even for this case, but we can do "offer commissions" with the Minimal Offer is $35 for static icon and $45 for simple animated icon.

The kestrel is pretty good and active, but drag its hurted wing. We fed Bro by live mouse (our cat just about lost her mind)
The wild bird veterinar is on vacation in nearest few days and the Municipal Committee for Environmental Protection is also closed today. So now we wait till tomorrow.

Still await for opportunity to see a veterinar. The nearest rehabilitation centre for wild birds is in another big city a day's ride from here. We have no car and... A bus and a train - it's very scary, I think.
Bro wanted out from his "house" and travelled though verandah by foot. It was flapping its wings at the time, but couldn't fly.
The bird's injury continues to bleed but not festers.
Feeding (without live mice) ~
