I'm not sure if you've already heard or not, but last year, Europe has passed a new law called Article 13 that plans to censor any fan art, meme, fanfiction or video using something famous. It will start taking affect in Europe, and then spread throughout every other country. It's even worse than the net neutrality repeal deal going on in America.

Recently, they have decided the dates of the estimated final vote would be either March 25th and 28th, or April 15th and 18th, according to this website: https://juliareda.eu/2019/02/eu-cop.....ht-final-text/

We have got so much help already, but we still could use, nay, NEED more. If Article 13 goes through, you can all kiss all fan work in general goodbye.

Two of the ways to help are by spreading the word in journals and other accounts like viral and by signing this petition: https://www.change.org/p/european-p.....e-the-internet

And also by contacting your MEPS if you live in Europe (maybe with this: https://pledge2019.eu/en), talk to them if they have approve the article, ask them why and make your own statement of why they can't cast an approval; remain polite and calm as you can, they won't pay attention to threats or rude comments
