other artists following me: what are your tips for keeping your turnaround time consistent?

my speeds right now are 'finish it all in one go' and 'don't look at it for months after hitting the lineart stage' and that's not good, fam! that's how you get bewares and shit!

i don't want to NOT ink things, because when it's done it looks nice

but apparently that keeps being a sticking point

i may try to open for a couple rounds of same day sketches when my queue's clear, and if i'm feeling ambitious maybe one (1) same day full scene
