Is there a pricing guideline for customs or is it a flat price?

If you have a reference of the character you want drawn, such as other commission art or game caps if from a video game, it's the flat price on my commission chart. For character design there is an additional fee of 50% the price. So if you were getting an inked fullbody without shading that is $70, the design fee for that would be an additional $35 on top of the $70.
