Artist Needed for Character Conceptualization

I need an artist for some concept sketches of a character. I'm going to pay for this work - unless the artist is feeling super generous and wants to do them for free but I don't expect it - it will involve (generally):
> 2 "characters" in reality it's 2 forms of one character
> Humanoid, not Furry/Anthro, demon concepts
> Sketching quality for now with some minor-to-moderate detail work done
> Likely to be turned into reference sheet soon'ish as well so continued money flow~
Suggestions are appreciated!

CrimsonSnow is my favorite human/humanoid artist. She opens for commissions on the first of every month and her prices are pretty reasonable for her quality.
Dare is another great humanoid artist. He does things in a painterly sort of style. For your preliminary concept art, you maybe could pop into one of his streams and work with him in real-time.
