I get asked at least once a month about Telegram
6 years ago
Hi everyone. I do not use Telegram and I'm asked about this about once a week. Tryng to use Telegram became a privacy issue, for the two weeks that I tried to use it the messages covered my phone when I needed to view my GPS (I work out of state fairly often) or other important things I needed to do, and time I can not commit to keeping track of another thing on my phone and found it distracting.
Please do not be offended or push to ask why I am not on a particular chat client or app. I've been asked frequently in the last year about Discord.
For communication I have a phone, email (which archives and can allow for keyword searches, one chat client, and Twitter. I'm not impossible to reach, though I may not reply immediately.
On a happy note I do love seeing everyone's Telegram stickers and designing them.

while what annoyed ya was fixable easily i understand your reasoning for newer IMs and etc i muted most of telegram and disabled notifications as for discord i have that, i could see you having more use of that than me, but at same time i can understand you not wanting to!

OP
I tried to get the app from constantly popping up messages and not having it constantly ping people on my phone's contacts that I had joined. I couldn't stop it and had to remove it off my phone. I think what annoys me more is anyone who pushes to find out why when I say I don't use it and won't use it. No is no.
