Just before the last weekend my husband, DIneegla, started out complaining about his stomach, both of us thinking There was something that he ate. Then we assumed that line of been food poisoning.
He went to the bathroom and It developed to the point where he went into a state almost like a coma. I could not wake him so I called 911 and an ambulance came to get him. At first they thought it was severe dehydration. Turns out, he had a massive ulcuric hole in his lower intestine. They couldn’t wait so the doctors operated on him Immediately. They sewed up the hole, cleaned him out ( it was the lower intestine) and covered it over with a patch of his own skin over it all. And he is currently in intensive care, so now it’s a waiting game. The doctor said he was a mess when he came in, and they did the best possible, and they are confident thAt they sealed the hole.
I am at home, holding the fort. I’m scared.
If you could, I need your well wishes and prayers for his recovery.
Thanks in advance.

Update: he is out of the INTENSIV CARE UNIT and is in the IMMEDIATE CARE UNIT. He should be able to go home by Monday or Tuesday. The incision is huge, VERTICALLY

Best wishes for you two!
Thanks for keeping us in the loop, hope he gets better.
IMMEDIATE CARE UNIT = ICU ? You have made a typo, but the good news is if he can go home soon, that's everything go well.
Hope you'll laugh at your own typo when the stress will go.
Thanks to all for their prayers.
