I want to shake things up (patreon).

I'm planning to do a re-working with patreon. Shifting goals to be more in line with what I really want to do, which is comics/graphic novels. As well as some rewards and what I'm actually going to do with this place.
So I'm going to throw some things out there which I've currently got in mind.
A. I want to re-work the goals. I feel that as much as some goals are nice. They're really not worthwhile as goals.
B. I want to find out what rewards people would like/if any of the existing rewards ought to be changed.
The rewards I currently think are fine. However if you have any suggestions I am more then open to hear them out because I could be missing something that you'd like to see.
The goals on the other hand I have a somewhat vague idea as to what I want to do. These ideas involve gradually increased weekly uploads. Quality improvement and more content. Because who doesn't like getting slathered in stuff.
I look forwards to seeing your responses.

I'd say going forward the best course of action is to keep churning out varied and experimental public content, and use that to gauge where the greatest demand is. You can build incentives around that.
What I tend to see with most moderately successful art patreons is that they usually come off the heels of high notoriety and/or when something the artist creates goes viral. Valsalia's Out of Placers webcomic comes to mind. His patreon wasn't created until after the webcomic managed to accrue a substantial audience, and he was able to take advantage of the large influx of demand.
My read is that patreon isnt a means to creating success, but a great buffer for existing success. If that gibberish makes any success. (To clarify: success being things like high brand presence, good community standing, etc etc). You wanna hit your stride with public content that will compell people to want more, so much that they'll be willing to offer their money for it.
So basically: Instead of speculating on ideal patreon rewards, work towards expanding your public brand presence and use that figure out what rewards people will want out of you.
Obviously I'm not in the art "biz" so everything I say is potentially bullshit. But I hope my thoughts on the matter weren't completely obtuse.
I'll keep that idea in mind though. The patreon not being about making success but rather a buffer (though, I will admit my main purpose for it is going to try and be a main income while doing the things I enjoy and more of it because I'd hopefully be able to transition out of whatever I'm doing at the time to get by)
