I have been doing workouts for 1 year
Hello everyone
Just a small announcement.
I have been doing workouts for 1 year.
I started the 1st March last year.
Thank you,
Whisperclaw for the guidance and inspiration!!!
When started I was skeptical.
I remembered how I hated training and fitness, and also always gave up after a few days.
In addition, I was not sure that I could balance the exercises and my both works.
I thought: “Working for the whole day, then drawing commissions after work and now training - would it not be too much for me?”
But I gave it a try. I did fitness at home with an awesome youtube channel. (I won't advertise it, however.) 5 days a week.
I did not set myself any goals, for example, to lose weight or look better...
I just wanted to be healthy, as my health was getting poor due the fact that I sat all day and worked too much.
I didn't push myself too hard when workouting. Just did them in my own pace.
The only thing I was strict was to do do was follow the schedule and train 5 days a week.
What can I say now? Although I didn't push myself hard I look more fit and slim.
My weight is is about the same, but I do look better!
I would even say I like the way I look now.
I have no pain in my back for a long time.
And I feel a lot more energy every day.
And, well, it was not as hard as I expected, haha
What youtube channel did you use for workouts?
I am using Hasfit channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCX.....Gn53HA-x9RDevA which was reccomended me by awesome
They have a program for beginners which I followed. It has different workouts for each day and updated monthly. It WAS free last year, lol. From the 1st of January this year it is not for free anymore. :(
I myself try to workout 3-5 days per week with either gym or cardio or running was 120kg roughly 6 years ago and down to 90kg now so taken slowly but i have no rush^^ but gonna try reach get rid of last and reach 75-77kg goal weight so i can keep fursuiting as a hobby even when i get older. ^^
I wish you to reach your goal!!!
haha, not really :))
You have no reason to thank me; you did the work on your own! I am just happy I could help a little and inspire you along the way.
Your journal put such a smile on my face this morning (and yes, I exercised this morning- I did a 2.5 mile jog).
"And, well, it was not as hard as I expected, haha" LOL, that is good to hear! Honestly the hardest part about fitness is: starting it, making it a priority, and maintaining your progress.
Keep up the awesome work!
The more you exercise, the better you will look and feel about yourself~
I am SO GRATEFUL to you for your inspiration and help!! Your advices and the information you shared with me!
As I mentioned before, I wouldn't be possible without you!!
The way you treat workouts is the main thing that inspires me!!!
And thank you so much for your kind words!!!!
wow! A 2,5 mile jog!!! That sounds tough! *^*

Overall, I wish that you will be able to keep up with the routine! <3
Please, don't give up!!!!!!!
You are strong!
<3
That's really awesome that you're feeling better and healthier because of your dedication to it! :D
I believe in you! ;3 Maintenance of training is more psychological than physical thing and it really relies on motivation.
I am blushing *^*
thank you!!!
Sometimes it's hard to keep up the pace ^^
I wish you to do so!! ^^
It's always nice to feel that the body is healthier and stronger, and it surely gives you more energy as well! Though for a start - but definitely worth it.
Keep up the awesome work Ver!
Yes, It requires some will and toughness, just as you said. And the most important thing is to prevent yourself from burning out.
Do you exercise?
I walk around 28-35.000 steps per day at work since I'm walking dogs at a dog daycare. My arms get some exercise when I need to hold around 6-10 dogs each walk. We do some heavy cleaning of the building everyday, and we always have to lift in for ex frozen dog food deliveries who usually weight around 150-200 kg all together if not even more, and with that we have to walk up 3 floors with to reach the fridges, or move around furnitures like beds or couches because some dogs can't stop biting on them etc.
I've gained both muscles and better stamina thanks to working at my place for 1.5 years now,
To be honest, it seems like your job really goes as a good workout!! It sounds like you do a lot of hard physical work! That is good to stay healthy!
And walking with so many dogs probably is hard but I can't help imagining how cute it is ^-^
And I am just sitting all days long ^^'
