Simple question.
What would it take for you to consider pledging X dollars to me per month on Patreon?
Be honest.

What would it take for you to commit to a monthly reward?
I'd be up to donating a few as just a "continue your work bonus". Maybe things like contributing to ideas with polls, which I have seen a few people do, and a discount on future commissions for supporters.
Also, if you feel like you can't consistently do art, my suggestion would be a min content thing that patreon has. I do not know how but they have some measure where if you want to you, you can be paid based on the amount of work you do. To use it as a supplemental source of income.
I just want to see what floats in that head honestly.
Guaranteeing art to everyone who pledges at a certain level, and then having a percentage of that profit taken by Patreon would skyrocket my stress levels.
I did feel bad about turning you down for that commission, but now I think I'm glad I did.

What about these commissions?
You did indeed accept them as they are on your To-do list.
Unless they have already been done.
Me putting them on my list doesn't guarantee that they'll get done, that's why I don't take payment until completion.
Then why state this obvious lie?
I'm pretty sure saying this.
I do some of the commissions that I accept would make more sense given the situation since by adding them to a queue confirms that the com has been accepted. If they aren't going to get done then it is up to the ARTIST to let the commissioner himself know you cannot do it, and remove them from this list. As this list clearly does confirm as accepting them, because if you didn't take them you would have told them you cannot do the image in question, and given your history of indecisiveness in many streams being outright honest to people about the commission in question whether, or not you can do it is way better than just leaving it in your To-Do pile being forgotten. It is almost as if the To-Do list is a big FU to the people who noted/inquired you about these commissions in the first place.
Honesty is important, and so is being absolutely straight with your customers, and not leaving them in a small ditch where they should not belong.
If you cannot do the coms right now then move them to your To-Do list of this year simple as that. I'm pretty sure the owed work has already piled up a lot over the years for you, and with these kinds of responsibilities, one small step can lead to artist beware, or anything negative towards your reputation as a trustworthy artist.
No one on that list, besides you apparently, is holding their breath and waiting for me to do that picture.
Antagonizing me isn't going to make me want to do the art any more. The reason I don't take payment until completion is precisely because I don't owe you anything until I take your money.
Like the others in your comments have said, if you did the same I'd consider supporting you as well.
Since that doesn't seem like something you want to do, it seems like you need to decide what role you want your artwork to have in your life. You mentioned obligations being stressful for you, so if you want to draw whatever you want and not be obligated to anyone you can but you shouldn't expect the kind of monetary compensation that those obligations bring. On the other hand, if you do want to make a living with your art or at least get more paid work then you'll have to find a way to handle those obligations in a way that works for you.
Your point about Patreon taking a cut not helping artists is a good one. The benefits of Patreon are supposed to be is that it provides a consistent/convenient way for people to regularly pay. If you have a big enough fanbase willing to pay for your work you might not need a Patreon if you can come up with a consistent schedule that works for you every month. That might mean an ongoing project like a comic, growth drive or RPG that people can contribute to along with however many commissions you can handle without being stressed. Or whatever else is going to work for you.
Most of the artists I see on Patreon don't get much higher than breaking three digits, which is probably one reason why Patreon started letting people hide how much they make. If you do something like five $20 commissions a month that's $100 a month, which is more than a lot of artists make on Patreon (though obviously less than the big shots). If you're thinking that Patreon would let you make $100+ a month while doing less than 5 scenes a month, it probably won't. Frankly it's probably a testament to the power of microtransactions that you're still at $60 after apparently not having posted anything in over 6 months.
Whatever you decide to do, best of luck with it Min! It is always great to see more of your artwork, and it does seem like you have interesting ideas for projects like your old RPG Maker one or your new pen and paper RPG one, so I hope you'll find something that works for you. Good luck!
I think a tipping jar website was called Ko-fi... right? I don't know much about the platform. I figured I'd suggest it anyway. It may be what youre looking for.
Not that I'm terribly surprised, but it's not anyone's job to tip me.
