Emotionally Hurting

Has anyone ever had a family member that they were super close to and all of a sudden they shut you out of their lives with no explanation as to why. They just leave you hanging wondering what you did wrong.
Well if you have I need some advice as I am sadly currently going through that. A family member who I was close to and looked up to. Even considered him my hero/idol. Shut me out of his life and I can't help but wonder if I did something wrong. I don't even know if he hates me or if he loves me anymore.
I am emotionally hurting and this all happen on Sunday and I am still hurting and still crying. Idk what i did wrong. Why would he shut me out? we were close so I thought.
I feel so lost and empty inside. I don't even think he knows how I feel. I am so confused.

I had that happen many times and sadly the only advice I have to make it even slightly hurt a lil less is to just try to not worry about what others think of you and know that you did nothing but be who you are and if they choose to step away thats on THEM and not you and dont let the mean voice in your head win by saying otherwise....its dark its scary and painful and crappy but thats my experience just hold onto who you are and be happy with yourself in the core

Thank you. It's just happen so sudden and it hurts a lot. I have done nothing but be nice to him. I even stood up for him when other family members were talking smack about him behind his back. I was always there for him and then he goes and hurts me like this. I just don't understand why he would shut me out.

and sadly you might ever get to understand and its just best to not worry or expect to cause no one in their right mind would expect you to. its unrealistic and cruel. Just hang in there and try to just carry on as best you can maybe they are just in a funk and needed space or something who knows XD
