Oh so THIS is what game it was, lol. I'm actually playing the pen-and-paper version of that game right now, two different games of it, lol. I dunno how the rules translated to the computer game, but in the pnp version the power design system was fantastic; you could basically design any power you wanted to if you had enough points =3. In one of the games we're medium powered superheroes, and in that one I play Eclipse, the sword wielding psionic werewolf capable of short bursts of superspeed, hijacking enemy's sense of sight and hearing to make them see and hear anything he wants, and being particularly deadly with a katana. The other game we play in the system is a low powered supervillains game. In that one I play Shockwave, a lucky thug who managed to steal some energy gauntlets from a scientist (who wants them back...lol)
